These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the BestenHome website and purchases made from BestenHome. They operate together with our Privacy Information, Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Exchanges and applicable product warranty information.
Website and product information
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation. Product information may include supplier information. Check measurements, compatibility, finish and suitability before purchase. Colours and finishes may vary between screens, samples and production batches.
Orders and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. Product payment is collected through Shopify Checkout. An order may be reviewed or cancelled and refunded if stock is unavailable, information or pricing is materially incorrect, delivery cannot reasonably be arranged, or fraud is suspected. Contact us promptly if you request an order change or cancellation; acceptance depends on order status, supplier commitments and applicable law.
Delivery and pickup
Eligible standard base delivery to approved Greater Sydney postcodes is A$0. Bulky, fragile, restricted-access or special-handling orders may enter Shipping Review. If an additional delivery charge is required, we contact you before dispatch. If the required charge is not accepted, the affected order is cancelled and collected product payment is refunded.
Confirmed pickup orders may be collected from 283A Victoria Road, Rydalmere NSW 2116 after pickup confirmation. Orders are held free for seven days from the dispatch date; storage after that is A$20 per pallet space per week.
Returns, faults and warranties
Change-of-mind requests are assessed under the Returns & Exchanges information applicable to the order. Custom, installed, used or special-order products may not be eligible for change-of-mind return. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Promotions and additional programmes
A price guarantee, extended care plan, double warranty or product-specific warranty applies only when its eligibility and terms are shown on the relevant page, product, quote or order and the stated requirements are met.
