Product payment and delivery review
The product amount is collected through Shopify Checkout. Orders that are bulky, fragile, missing package data, outside an approved delivery zone or require special access or handling may enter Shipping Review before fulfilment.
Greater Sydney standard delivery
Eligible standard base delivery to approved Greater Sydney postcodes is A$0. Standard delivery means delivery to a safe, ground-level and truck-accessible unloading point.
When additional delivery cost may apply
Additional cost may apply for stairs, upper levels without suitable lift access, narrow or restricted truck access, two-person handling, forklift or crane requirements, remote or difficult locations, or other special handling. Charges are assessed case by case rather than automatically promised at a fixed amount.
How Shipping Review works
- We hold fulfilment while reviewing the order and delivery requirements.
- If additional delivery cost is required, we contact you and issue a balance invoice.
- The order is dispatched after the additional balance is paid.
- If a required additional charge is not accepted, the order is cancelled and the collected product payment is refunded.
Pickup
Confirmed orders may be collected from 283A Victoria Road, Rydalmere NSW 2116. Please wait for pickup confirmation before travelling. Orders are held free for seven days from the dispatch date; after that, storage is A$20 per pallet space per week.
Delivery dates are estimates and remain subject to stock, carrier and access conditions.
