Granite Kitchen Sink Warranty

All warranty requests must include proof of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to sinks installed in residential applications. It does not apply to commercial installations.

This warranty covers granite sinks installed strictly in accordance with Besten Home installation instructions. The sink and all associated components must be installed by a licensed tradesperson (Plumber, Stonemason, Kitchen Cabinet Maker, etc.). The warranty remains valid only while the product is in use at its original place of installation.

Overflow parts and wastes are covered by a 15‑year warranty.

All maintenance and care instructions provided in the care booklet must be followed. Products must be properly maintained according to these guidelines. Besten Home accepts no responsibility for general-use scratching, chipping, breaking, or discoloration across all ranges of granite sinks and related products.

This warranty will be void if the product is misused, abused, improperly installed, or not used as recommended. Damage caused by harsh substances—including bleach, steel wool pads, drain cleaning chemicals, or similar products—will void the warranty.

If a sink covered under this warranty is found to have defects in materials or workmanship, after inspection by an authorized Besten Home representative in Australia, Besten Home will repair or, at its discretion, replace the product with a similar model.

If a sink cracks or breaks suddenly under proper use, and this is confirmed after inspection by an authorized Besten Home representative, Besten Home will repair or, at its discretion, replace the product with a similar model.

Besten Home’s option to repair or replace a product under this warranty does not cover any labour costs, removal or installation expenses, nor any incidental or consequential damages related to the defect, repair, or replacement. Besten Home is not responsible for shipping or delivery damage.
