This limited warranty applies to eligible granite kitchen sinks purchased by the original purchaser and installed for residential use. Proof of purchase is required. The applicable sink warranty period must be the period shown on the product page, written quote or order. Overflow parts and wastes carry a 15-year warranty.
Conditions
The sink must be installed at its original location by a suitably licensed or qualified tradesperson in accordance with product instructions. Care and maintenance instructions must be followed.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover commercial installations, misuse, abuse, incorrect installation, poor maintenance, normal wear, general-use scratching, chipping, breakage or discolouration, or damage caused by harsh substances such as bleach, steel wool or drain-cleaning chemicals.
Assessment and remedy
For an eligible manufacturing defect confirmed after assessment, BestenHome may repair or replace the product with a similar model, subject to applicable law. Do not remove the sink or arrange remedial work before receiving instructions.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
