The BestenHome Extended Care Plan is an optional paid add-on for eligible residential products. It does not replace or limit rights under Australian Consumer Law.
The plan applies only when BestenHome expressly confirms eligibility, the selected tier and price in writing and the plan is purchased with the eligible product. It is not automatically included with an online order.
Plan tiers
- Essential: up to five additional years and transit-damage cover up to A$500.
- Advantage: up to ten additional years and transit-damage cover up to A$3,000.
- Ultimate: up to fifteen additional years, transit-damage cover up to A$10,000 and up to three years of on-site support.
Coverage cannot exceed the product retail price. Transit-damage reporting periods, exclusions, installation requirements, claim limits and the complete plan terms are supplied before purchase and form part of the accepted plan.
Before purchasing
Contact BestenHome to confirm that the product and delivery are eligible and to receive the current price and complete terms. No Extended Care Plan exists unless it is separately identified on the written quote or order.
Claims
Keep proof of purchase and the accepted plan terms. Contact BestenHome before installation, removal or remedial work when reporting transit damage or another covered issue.
