The programme applies only where the product page, written quote or order expressly identifies the product as eligible. It is not automatically included with every product.
How it works
If a supplier declines a claim, BestenHome can separately assess the issue under the additional BestenHome terms. A supplier decision does not automatically determine the BestenHome assessment. Coverage, duration, exclusions and remedy depend on the written terms supplied for the eligible product.
Making an enquiry
Keep proof of purchase, product identification, photos, installation information and maintenance records. Contact BestenHome before removing or modifying the product.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
