Shipping Policy

  • BESTEN HOME CENTER only ship within Australia
  • Delivery is via Australia Post, TNT or a third-party courier
  • All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by Australia Post.
  • Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
  • As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, BESTEN HOME CENTER are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
  • If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
  • If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.
  • Shipping cannot be sent to PO boxes and items must be delivered to occupied addresses
  • Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 10 business days for delivery of stocked items.  Additional time for items that need to be ordered in may cause delays.  Back orders or delays will be notified to you directly.
  • Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight, and delivery location.

  • ALL CERAMICS, SINKS, VANITIES, BATHTUBS, BASINS, TOILET SUITES and Large-Scale Items occur a Shipping Charge

 

Pickups

  • For all pick orders a pickup number will be supplied via email. No Pickup will be accepted without the Pickup Number 
  • Pick Up orders could take anywhere between 24-72 hours once ready, or for custom or special order could take 2-4 weeks
  • Once you receive your pickup number you have 7 days to pick up your order. After 7 Days if your order is not collected any damages incurred will not be covered.
  • If you would like to keep your order longer than 7 days this can be organised with a charge of $20 per pallet space per week

 

 

 

Returning of Goods


Goods returned to BESTEN HOME CENTER for change of mind, or you have ordered incorrectly, will only be accepted on the below conditions:

BESTEN HOME CENTER must be notified within 48 hours of acceptance of goods, of intent to return items.

  • Must be returned BEFORE 30 days of original purchase.
  • Goods must be returned in full ie. No missing parts.
  • Goods/ Packaging must be in a saleable condition.
  • Please send us an email at info@bestenhome.com.au for all Returns. Please Include your order number and photos of the condition of the item/s
  • Once approved you will be sent a Returns Form to fill out and this must be attached to your Returns
 

These Conditions Apply to ALL Returns:

 

  • 20% restocking fee applies for all items returned after 30 days of purchase 
  • NO returns of special orders and custom made vanities, will be accepted.
  • No Returns of Vanities that have been opened or bathtubs are accepted  
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable and return postage is at the expense of the customer.
  • All items must be in original condition, no writing or damage to the packaging and uninstalled. We recommend all returned items are sent with postal tracking and insurance. Please place in a bag/box as any damage to the original packaging will result in a charge. Returns must be returned in a bag/box as any damage to the original packaging will result in a charge.
  • When returning an item before 30 days, the customer covers the shipping cost back to the BESTEN HOME CENTER Warehouse.
  • All returns will undergo a quality check upon return to ESTEN HOME CENTER Warehouse. BESTEN HOME CENTER will email once your return has been processed. Please allow 14 days for this.
  • A full refund will only be applied if goods are deemed not fit for purpose or an alternative cannot be offered. Refunds will be available for all goods sold with major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.

 

All returns will be handled on a case by case basis and is at the sole discretion of BESTEN HOME CENTER. 

 

 

Damaged Goods

ALL GOODS MUST BE INSPECTED WITHIN 48 HOURS UPON RECEIVING FOR BREAKAGES OR DAMAGES OR CLAIMS COULD BE VOID

IF YOU NOTICE THE PARCEL LOOKS DAMAGED UPON RECEIVING, PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS OF THE ITEMS BEFORE UNPACKING.

 

Heavy and Fragile Item Delivery Assistance
Our drivers are equipped to deliver heavy products to the front entrance of single level house only with flat driveways. For apartment or challenging sites, the driver will need assistance from trades or customers to move products. Please let our team know if there are access difficulties at your home. Redelivery fees will apply if the driver is unable to deliver products when they arrive to site.

 

Authority to Leave
You may request an authority to leave your goods unattended, however please note it will be your responsibility if the product is damaged, lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by our couriers.

 

Remote Locations
Some very remote locations may not be accessible by our logistics suppliers and your items will be delivered to the nearest transport depot, hub, or Post Office. You will be advised by our delivery company if this is the case.

 

Out of Stock Products
We hold a wide range of stock in our Sydney Distribution Centre with daily replenishment deliveries from all our suppliers. If for some reason we cannot get your order within the time promised, we will call you ASAP or email after placing your order to find an alternative or work with you on a delivery time.

 

Instant Ship Products 

  • These Products are normally held in stock at our Sydney Distribution Centre and will be shipped within 48 hours or can be picked up within 24 hours
  • *Please be advised Instant Ship products are at a limited quantity and this is displayed live on the product pages. If you place an order with a quantity over the available amount or the stock is sold prior to you ordering, don’t worry – we have daily deliveries from all our suppliers and the product will be delivered by our Regular Ship service instead. **If your order is partially an Instant Ship order and partially a Regular Ship or Custom Ship order, your order will ship at the longest period. If you would like your Instant Ship products sent first, please contact our customer service team.

A $25 flat fee will be charged for shipping to NT, TAS & WA.

All orders between over 20kgs will be calculated based on Suburb and Postcode of delivery.
